Sovereign Protocol

Intellectual Property & Anti-Cloning

Directed by Elena Simpson, Digital Sovereignty Officer

"To clone is to erase. We protect the unique, un-clonable essence of the human record from machine theft and generative smoothing."

1. The Anti-Cloning Mandate

The Ancestor Media System (AMS) explicitly prohibits the use of its proprietary tools, logic, or user-anchored data for the purpose of training Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI "cloning" technologies.

2. Proprietary Biological Logic

The diagnostic algorithms used within the Sanctuary—including our Source Integrity Grades and Generational Gap Analysis—are protected sovereign methods. Unauthorized replication is a violation of the Stewardship Covenant.

3. Human Veto Certification

The "Human Veto Verified" badge is a trademarked symbol of biological integrity. It represents a record that has been manually vetted by a Steward, free from automated interpretive interference.

4. Sovereign Usage Rights

While AMS owns the Sanctuary architecture, the user owns the data. We claim no intellectual property over the family records or photographs processed through our local, offline-first environment.
